4th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)Communication very poor, obviously don’t talk to one another in the office had surveyors turning up and accompanied and unknown to me that they were coming whilst the people were very kind and friendly. I feel they need to work on their communication weekly auto generated reports very good personal communication. 4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
