23rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Be careful with your check out, they will try to screw you over and charge extortionate cleaning charges. You may as well leave the place a dirty mess, because you will be billed as if it was one anyway even if it is left with “light dusting” required

Everything went really smoothly and we always felt very well looked after.<br><br>What impressed me the most was actually how we ended up buying the house. I had called Charlie about it before, but by then it was already off the market. I honestly didn’t expect him to remember that conversation, but when the original sale fell through, Charlie remembered me and contacted me straight away to see if we were still interested. And now the house is ours! ??????<br><br>I think this really shows how much they care about their customers and actually listen to people rather than just treating you as another enquiry.<br><br>Thank you Charlie and everyone at Parkers for all your help. We are very happy and already busy with the renovation! ??????

I really appreciated how protective he was, while also being persistent when needed to keep things moving with solicitors and the other parties involved.<br><br>Most importantly, Alex is just a genuinely nice guy who clearly cares about his clients and getting the right outcome for them.<br><br>I’d highly recommend Alex and the Thomas Merrifield team to anyone buying or selling a property.

It was not straight forward with the solicitors on both sides needing a lot of chasing and it being a drawn out process but Owen was efficient, always kept me updated with what was happening and kept me positive. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent to deal with the sale of my home and I’d definitely recommend Owen/Scott Fraser to anyone that is selling/buying a shared ownership property.
