It took a little while to sell my flat but they provided good advice on pricing and the best strategy to sell. From the outset, he stood out as professional, knowledgeable and genuinely personable, easily the most approachable estate agent we dealt with during our search. We actually hoped we’d be able to purchase through him, and we’re very glad that’s how it worked out. Moving house is never straightforward, but Richard made a real difference to our experience. Communication was always prompt, clear and friendly. He was proactive, easy to speak to, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We felt completely comfortable asking questions and always received quick, helpful responses. 4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have rented with Davis Tate for the past 6 years, then in Feb I relocated to another Davis Tate property in a nearby village. The whole process was managed through Rebecca based in the Reading office. Despite there being quite a few hurdles during the process, Rebecca was excellent, communicating with me almost daily. I cannot thank her enough, moving is stressful, yet Rebecca made the process much smoother, remaining upbeat, calm and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.
