He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.<br><br>One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.<br><br>The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.
27th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

She guided and supported me with endless enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble, always available to help and guide.<br>It is a long process that requires a lot of energy. The Barons team are by your side throughout the entire journey.

9th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)In 3 months Connells gave confusing information about viewings, went weeks without a single viewing, claimed the house was not competitive with similar properties, feedback from viewers had to be dragged out of them never offered. Then having not secured a single offer said the only way to sell the property would be to go to auction!

At all times I was kept informed with clear lines of communication and clear points of contact, who were always available to me. Throughout the journey I felt supported and professionally guided. When minor bumps appeared along the way the Andrews team stepped up, and, with all hands on deck, they navigated through to the ultimate positive end; the sale of my property. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Tanya, who was at the helm and who did an outstanding job, and Lisa for her additional support throughout the journey. Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier.
