I have nothing but great words for Simmons and Sons. They managed our tenancy for 4 years, and we're attentive to each and every request. Whenever there was an issue with our property, it was rectified within a few days.<br><br>I will say this, not all estate agents are made equal. You'll soon enough realise that. The most important thing in business is communication which Hamptons sadly lack from. We had to constantly chase on outcomes of the few viewings we had which isn’t good business. I also found your telephone system to be nothing short of useless. When we called you we were always greeted with please hold as we are busy ! Then the system would shut off and you would have to call back again ! I can see why small independent people ( social Media experts ) who are hungry for business are winning against the high street outlets... Read more
