I have nothing but great words for Simmons and Sons. They managed our tenancy for 4 years, and we're attentive to each and every request. Whenever there was an issue with our property, it was rectified within a few days.<br><br>I will say this, not all estate agents are made equal. You'll soon enough realise that.
