22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.
20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Savills Norwich provided excellent service at every stage of the marketing and sale of our farmhouse. Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
16th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)We recently completed the purchase of a home for my partner's mother, and William H Brown in Holt were incredibly helpful throughout. Any questions we had about the property were answered within 24 hours, and it really feels like they went the extra mile. In particular I'd like to thank Isabella for her help throughout this purchase - I hope her manager is reading this; she deserves some recognition!
8th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)No one could have worked harder to get our sale through! Steve has been exceptional in his focus and determination. Our house was for sale for 15 months and not an easy sell. Steve saw us through 3 sets of buyers (2 of whom backed out) but Steve never gave up; his humour and encouragement saved our sanity. Completely professional and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without him!
6th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)We sold two properties through Abbots quickly and without problems. Josh was knowledgeable about the local area, professional and friendly. Did a much better job than the more expensive agent we tried previously.

They made sure we were updated every step of the way with the sale of the bungalow and provided some very useful local information. I am very thankful for their support and guidance in making the process stress free!
20th Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I enquired about a rental property and I was told that I wasn’t going to be a suitable tenant based on my age and because I have children. I note that both of these factors are directly or indirectly to protected characteristics and this represents discrimination in breach of Pointens’ obligations under the Equality Act 2010. Further I note that this conduct in relation of tenant screening is due to become directly unlawful under the new laws coming into force on 1st May 2026, so for tenancies starting on or after 1st May which the one I enquired about likely would, this is questionably unlawful now.
11th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Staff were helpful and there was always someone there to answer queries. Updates were given about our sale on a regular basis.

With special mention to Hannie Theobald who kept us informed, updated and who handled negotiations and other parties involved with true care and attention. She definately goes above and beyond, and I believe the chain would have broken several times if it was not for her ability to listen, and find solutions. She is everything an estate agent should be, and more.

17th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)I just rented a flat in Holt, being assisted by Vicky from Brown&Co. She was brilliant, extremely effective, good communication, the whole process was done in no time. I cannot ask for more, thank you very much! Highly recommended!
28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)So , the estate agent acted for the vendor, I was a cash buyer and had no agent. Late in the process ie 4 months after my offer was accepted, I became aware that my urgency to complete the purchase was not fully appreciated. I then contacted Joanne Lobb who was able to intervene with solicitors and push the process through, to my joy and relief. I felt she had become my best ally.
22nd Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!- 18th Jul 2020 (5 years ago)Excellent service from start to finish. Regular updates. 26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Really impressed with Minors and Brady. They have been extremely professional throughout the process. I thought the use of a professional photographer enabled them to present the property in the best way possible and the sale particulars were comprehensive and appealing. They list on multiple online sites and vet potential buyers so as to ensure views are from only people who are genuinely motivated and in a position to purchase.
