27th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I have been very impressed with the service provided by Tom and the whole team at Richard Harding throughout what proved to be a protracted sale process. Despite several challenges over many months, Tom remained positive and kept the dialogue going between us and our prospective buyer. His persistence and professionalism ultimately resulted in a successful sale which, at times, had seemed unlikely.<br>Many thanks to Tom and the team for seeing the sale through, and for helping me find my next home as well.

22nd Dec 2020 (5 years ago)I wish to describe my experience dealing with Illiana, of Andrews Estate Agents in Whiteladies Road. Illiana was very attentive and responsive, inderstanding my needs and preferences. She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me. She instilled trust and I felt all along that she understood my needs and did not waste my time in selecting the appropriate properties to suit my needs - a great professional attribute in this industry. When she showed me the third property, I realized her attributes as an estate agent, that property ticked all the boxes for me. I do hightly recommend any potential buyer to choose the benefit of dealing with Illiana.

25th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.

I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Great service by Debra Barton. She is very friendly and helpful. The whole process of obtaining the flat, from the initial house viewing to getting the keys, was very efficient and hassle-free. I have no doubt that dealings with Debra in the future will be smooth and easy.<br><br>We didn't have much flexibility with our move-in date though (we wanted to move in halfway through August but were rushed into starting to pay rent in mid July, when we couldn't leave our previous address yet, so we ended up paying for two properties at the same time.<br><br>It seems that the estate agents are very restricted to what the landlord wants, prioritising him over us. For example, I was reassured and given false hope that the whole flat would be repainted, only to be told later that the landlord had changed his mind and would only do the bathroom, which desperately needed it.... I am worried that reporting any issues will be a nightmare, and issues will only be sorted once an issue has become very bad. However I am writing this very early on into my tenancy so we shall see how it pans out (smoothly, I hope.)
