A family friend used these iokers to rent a property. The documents were all signed on their side and the deposit and all rent paid. The keys were collected and then stated they no longer want to rent the property as the landlord had not completed thier work (no boiler). Now they are delaying in refunding funds when they should refund it immediatly. Never seen such incompetance. Furthermore no empathy or understanding. Dont use the guys

I am so impressed with Shannon at the Whiteladies Road branch and Mandy from Westbury village . Both girls have been so helpful , proactive and above all patient . I didn’t know if I was selling or renting out my property . Mandy helped me with my decision and gave me advice and I decided to rent and that’s where Shannon stepped up to the plate. So easy to chat through with and will get someone to do anything from deep cleaning from building work to all the plumbing and other important things I needed to have up together . Such a joy to chat with and responds extremely quickly . Shannon does what Shannon says she will do and as I live in Cornwall and not full time in Bristol , she has been Heaven sent . Delighted with how everything has gone so far .

Got introduced to our property manager Jennie today and wow what an amazing job she does we’ve just moved into our new flat 3 days ago and had a few minor move in issues with many emails back and forth to Andrews but as soon as we got in contact with Jennie within an hour she had sorted all of our needs arranged 3 different people to come and look at what needs fixing in the house and tracked down our parcel that was supposed to arrive yesterday, the care, speed, professionalism and kindness from her is unmatched!

Reviewing the flat viewing and application process only as I haven't rented the flat yet. Communication was clear and prompt, and the staff helpful. They could answer all my questions, and were willing to ask the landlord if I had any further ones too. Rebekah cheerful and friendly which is something nice to find in a letting agent! The were on time and let me spend a little longer taking pictures that I needed. James was quite straightforward and told me more about Bristol and the local area, which was valuable in making a decision.

It was nice experience moving in. The whole process was straight forward, nothing too complicated. The estate agents were very helpful and professional into helping us with the forms, making payments etc at that point. But it was only couple of months in is when the things started to happen during the night even at the daytime outside the flat. We started to see anti-social behavior just outside the gate of our flat, people using the front of our gate to urinate, smoke etc. We had a bloke even covering our ring door camera, suspecting that he might do something like break in, you never know what might happen. That time I was on a night shift and my wife who is 2 months pregnant was in the flat, she describes the person in her words 'Scary and dangerous'. He did leave after but it was that experience alone we thought to ourselves that we want to end our tenancy early and vacate the property. I contacted Andrews to let them know of the situation and that its really up to thr landlord to end the tenancy early. Had I known about the anti-social behavior outside the gate I wouldn't have gone for it. Andrews have said that the last tenants had no issues whatsoever, I smell BS... I did have other issues as well with the flat not cleaned before we moved in, we were promised that it would but didn't happen, had to clean it ourselves with the cleaner to showing up one day. When she did show up haha she hardly had nothing to clean. The washing machine has odor smell coming out from it, tried cleaning it thoroughly but still our clothes smelt really bad after washes, probably need a new washing machine. The experience as whole has been a nightmare, it has given me so much anxiety which has led me having panic attacks just thinking about it. Andrews are quick to take the money but they take their sweet time to trying sort out your issues. Overall, not happy with the situation that I am in and I trying my best to get myself and my wife out of it. This review can change Andrews but at the moment<br><br>STAY AWAY FROM THESE ESTATE AGENTS AT ALL COSTS.

Illiana was very attentive and responsive, inderstanding my needs and preferences. She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me.
She instilled trust and I felt all along that she understood my needs and did not waste my time in selecting the appropriate properties to suit my needs - a great professional attribute in this industry. When she showed me the third property, I realized her attributes as an estate agent, that property ticked all the boxes for me.
