I honestly do not think the sale would have progressed had it not been for Becky, who constantly chasing and dealing with my buyer's very difficult solicitor. Emma from the Chelmsford office has been fantastic from the first meeting we had when we viewed a new build home. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. I was recommended Intercounty by a friend. Intercounty were fantastic from start to finish. We sold and purchased, little hiccups on the way but all the staff were so helpful and supportive.
