It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.

We rented a property for two years, and have been amazed by the responsiveness and support during our tennancy. When we needed repairs they were tended to swiftly, and when we had our 6 monthly inspections it felt more like a catch up with a good friend. Thankyou for everything. Highly recommend them for all aspects of property rental or sales. Top notch!
18th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)If someone from HO, customer service or even the CEO of Cooper & Tanner decide to call me personally to explain, you are very welcome. After 9 months dealing with your firm, 2 failed sales, a 3rd underway they may wish to understand my concerns and frustrations, particularly as I've had cause for numerous complaints during this time. I should have been able to give 4 - 5 stars, but the communication, performance and management of your Warminster branch has and continues to fall well below my expectations. Ref: JF_30BA12

I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!
3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)A last minute viewing of a property was arranged by Alicia, who escorted us around herself, answering all our questions (obviously well prepped on the house itself) and giving us excellent information of the local area & events.<br>It was a total surprise to us that she was a new addition to the agency - her enthusiasm and professionalism was impressive.<br>Thank you so much.

Charlottes communication, skill, patience, generosity, efficiency, attention to detail and advice have been flawless throughout our sale! I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done. Nothing is too much trouble for Charlotte, She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate worldwide and it shows! I felt In extremely capable hands throughout this process. It has been a joy to be selling with somebody who truly loves their job and dedicates themselves so strongly to their clients. Thank you, Charlotte!

They advised me on how to cut unnecessary costs and found me great tenants in less than 3 weeks from our first meeting.<br>Aneesha is very professional and kept me in the loop about viewings and offered me valuable feedback along the way.<br>I totally recommend Whites if you want to let your property.
