He actually takes the time to call, update us, and keep us in the loop — even with small things like leaving a quick voicemail. It might seem minor, but it means a lot. I'm not one for reviews but I have to share my experience. After renting my property out through Northwoods (a lot of years), it was time to buy a new property. They had been fantastic at managing the property over the years, with constant communication and regular updates. the property was never left empty for long, just long enough to allow maintenance to be done (By their approved contractors) before new tenants moved in. So based on their professionalism I choose them to handle the purchase. It just seemed effortless, again communication was spot on, I never once had to call to push along, Sara and Sam seemed to be one step ahead and kept me well informed explaining any issues that might arise, when there was a problem they sorted it all out with a common sense approach. When the other party seemed to be dragging their heels (solicitors) on completion, there they were again helping the transaction through to the end. I can not recommend these guys enough, for making everything hassle free, with no stress at all.... Read more
