Awful experience with Reades , we completed an application for a tenancy and heard nothing back , chased again after a week to be told the forms were lost, we had to do it again, we still didn’t hear I called the next day to then be told we will call you back. I was then emailed that afternoon to be told , you can’t have the property they won’t allow a dog!!!<br>I then emailed again a couple of weeks ago about another rental but no response !! Thankfully we have now found somewhere with another company with much higher standard of customer service ! Avoid this place... Read more

Very highly recommended, efficient, courteous ,friendly , approachable and very helpful in the sale of my home . Market evaluation was excellent and the advice given to me was straightforward and practical and of great use in deciding the selling price and very reassuring to benefit from all their long experience of marketing properties in my area. My home was advertised beautifully with excellent pictures and a great video. I had 10 viewings arranged by their lovely staff in the first week of my property going on the market back in January and it was sold STC within 4 days. They also gave the most competitive fees of the estate agents I contacted. I was kept informed throughout and they would be my first choice should I need to market a property again.
