2nd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)From our initial valuation Peter was very knowledgeable about the local market, and gave me a fair and representative valuation of my home. All staff are extremely responsive, and gave an immediate response to any queries raised. Every 'phone call or email was responded to, and if needed action was taken. Scarlett attended appointments with interested clients and was friendly and professional throughout. She put together a really lovely social media video to advertise my home, on top of usual advertising. We were kept informed and updated every step of the way by Amanda and Amie. I would recommend Seasons Estate Agents in Looe. They have been friendly, respectful and professional throughout the process of selling my home.

From the first valuation to completion, their team were professional, efficient and genuinely committed to getting the best outcome. Communications were clear and timely, viewings were well managed, and their local market knowledge clearly made a difference in achieving a strong sale.<br><br>A special mention to Stuart Harding — he went above and beyond throughout the process. Stuart was always available, reassuring, and proactive, handling every query with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and calm, friendly manner made a stressful time much easier. We felt supported every step of the way and would wholeheartedly recommend Stratton Creber Newquay, especially if you’re fortunate enough to work with Stuart.

Steer well clear.- 25th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Confident but not arrogant agent. Good knowledge of the area and was able to until confidence in me that she will do all she can to sell the property. Once on the market she arranged viewings very quickly, making me feel confident she is pushing my house to buyers and making it noticed. She provided good advice and guidance about offers leading to an asking price within and a bit above my expectations. She is proactive in the process of the sale now and I feel confident in her driving the sale to completion. Only draw back is the fee which is higher than all other agencies.

Wainwrights were great and when we found our perfect property they helped everything run so smoothly. A big thank you for all their advice and assistance. Lovely people.
19th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)It was great working with John Pope and his team. He was an immense driving force in our house move and its speed. The team were extremely helpful, friendly and swift. Our house move went faster because of Popes attention and care to the process. They were easy to contact throughout, even around Christmas on days when other estate agents were closed. I was so impressed that I would seek out going through them if I was to look for another house in their area of remit.

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.
