19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Novahomes came and valued my house within days of contacting them (Tuesday) They were the best value for money and offered me a discount as I had used them before. They gave me a realistic valuation and came and did the photographs and floorplan (Friday) after I instructed them on Wednesday. My house went on the market on the Monday afternoon and they booked in 2 viewings within half an hour of the house being on the market. Viewings were arranged for Wednesday and I received an offer for the full market price the same day. So from instructing to them to receiving an offer for the full asking price - 7 days - I don’t think you can ask for any better than that!
2nd Mar 2026 (10 weeks ago)From our initial valuation Peter was very knowledgeable about the local market, and gave me a fair and representative valuation of my home. All staff are extremely responsive, and gave an immediate response to any queries raised. Every 'phone call or email was responded to, and if needed action was taken. Scarlett attended appointments with interested clients and was friendly and professional throughout. She put together a really lovely social media video to advertise my home, on top of usual advertising. We were kept informed and updated every step of the way by Amanda and Amie. I would recommend Seasons Estate Agents in Looe. They have been friendly, respectful and professional throughout the process of selling my home.
27th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.

Her communication was excellent throughout ,always clear, honest, and timely,which gave us real peace of mind .nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Goundrys again and would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent.

She went far, far above and beyond what was expected in helping our purchase go through and our elderly vendor into the care home he wanted. She was always available and friendly couldn't do enough to get it to happen. Would thoroughly recommend!

I was a first time buyer so I was very naive to the process of buying a house but I could not have been helped any more professionally and looked after with real care and understanding by Eve. Thank you so much - you helped me every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble.
