I am very disappointed with the service I received. I provided all the information and documents requested and waited several weeks while the referencing process was being dealt with. In the end, my application was refused, but I was not given a clear explanation of exactly which requirement I failed to meet. I understand that the final decision may be the landlord’s, but I believe applicants deserve a clear and honest explanation, especially after providing all the requested information and waiting for several weeks. Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was very frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this service based on my experience They don’t deserve event one star !... Read more
