Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I don’t normally leave reviews for things but I couldn’t recommend the team enough. Letting a flat can be so tedious but Rhys and Holly really made the process so seamless. They answered all my queries really efficiently and went above and beyond for us.

They have just sold a property for me which wasn’t straightforward, but the whole process from start to finish was handled really well by the team are Popular Move. From the initial valuation, there was constant communication and updates about the progress of the sale which was professional and still friendly, helping to keep nerves from fraying! Thank you very much too all the team, I will definitely come back next time The upcoming budget
26th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Very poor so far, called and asked for further details on a property to be told that it has an accepted offer. I asked for other details on similar properties and was told that they would be emailed to me and received nothing for weeks. Later to find out that the property I was interested in had no offer and is still available. Given that they had my details they had not called to inform me or offered alternative properties.
27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The property market would be a much better place if all estate agents were as good as this branch of John Francis. We immediately loved the only property we viewed with them. The viewing was done by Ellie who is professional and charming. Our move from Bedfordshire was stressful and fraught with complications including unreliable buyers. However, the team in Fishguard, especially Emma, did everything they could to make our dream come true.
30th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)To be honest we were given a valuation and gave JF Milford Haven the house. We don’t feel that the house was advertised very good. The only correspondence we had from JF was a weekly email to constantly ask for the price to be dropped and when I looked in their window the main picture was an overhead view of the town where I would have thought it should have been the house . Would I recommend unfortunately not

From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly.<br>Catrin from the lettings team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear throughout, and any questions or issues were dealt with quickly and thoroughly.<br>Charlotte from the sales department was just as impressive — knowledgeable, honest, and proactive. 9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.
