After a difficult start to our selling journey with another agent, we found our saving grace with Parkmans, particularly Erin, Claire and Emily. Parkmans are an absolutely amazing team, very thorough, brilliant at communication as provided us feedback after every viewing in a timely manner and kept us updated regarding our sale at every step of the way. What can we say about Brunee… she was fantastic every step of the way! When we first met her we could tell how knowledgeable she was. She guided us throughout and was always there to answer queries or concerns, getting back to us quickly with support and next steps. Although she was helping us sell we could rely on her for help on our purchase too as we did find ourselves with some issues delaying the upward chain. The whole process was long and at times we thought is it even going to happen, but Brunee was always there when we needed her even after our sale was moving forward well!!
