18th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)They were very helpful without being too pushy, they did find a couple of people that put offers in but unfortunately they both pulled out for different reasons, maybe they could have been a little more proactive.
25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)We had an amazing service from Vic at Woodlands from start to finish. From the regular viewings for our property all the way to completion of the sale. He was friendly and helpful and kept us up to date with the progress of the sale all the way through, we had lots of problems with a solicitor but he helped us with this as much as he could and went over and above to ensure he relieved our anxieties as much as possible. I would recommend Vic and Woodlands to anyone who is selling their property, absolutely a great experience for a very stressful time!

16th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

They have always been really friendly ,helpful, and easy to deal with. Anytime I’ve needed anything they’ve been there and the service has always been great. I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

However once we went with them we had an offer within 3 days from the first viewers Felt great about it and then communications seemed to stop and was left in the dark and we had to chase for further info and timeliness etc
