22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.
25th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)On behalf of the estate of the late Neville Garner, would again like to sincerely thank the team at Sowerbys for their profession approach in completing the sale of the final property in the estate ie Tall Trees, Saham Toney. Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process, always taking the time to answer my questions and assist with my requests. 30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's our lives. Couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.

From start to finish we were impressed with the professionalism of Christian Money - he understands the industry and is customer focused. Our contact throughout the selling process was Tracey. I will miss our calls and meetings! I came to really appreciate how hard she worked on the behalf of both us as the seller and indeed the buyer to make the process as uncomplicated as possible. I thought the use of a professional photographer enabled them to present the property in the best way possible and the sale particulars were comprehensive and appealing. They list on multiple online sites and vet potential buyers so as to ensure views are from only people who are genuinely motivated and in a position to purchase.

Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.

He has not even once tried to do a "typical sales move" and never once have we felt that he is just processing a commission, but it is clear dealing with our future and our interests.<br><br>Lovely genuine chap, who clearly works hard with the best intentions for us. Cannot recommend Diogo enough, what an asset to the Attleborough branch, and William H Brown as a whole. Thank you!
