Emmie has been incredibly supportive and kept in touch with us throughout the process. I can’t recommend her and Scriven & Co enough!!!

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)By far the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with, particularly Callum Dipple and Christopher Kirby. I have received little to no information from them despite paying a holding deposit. I consider their practices to be unprofessional and quite frankly unethical.- 2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Dixons were honestly great to deal with. Super professional but also really easygoing, which made the whole process way less stressful. They kept me updated the whole time and managed to sort me out with a place to live within a month. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly — big thanks to the team for actually getting things done. Would definitely recommend.

They were professional, proactive, and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble — they were patient, reassuring, and genuinely cared about getting everything over the line smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but Mark and Paul made it feel so much more manageable. Their communication was excellent, their advice was spot on, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. If you’re looking for estate agents who are knowledgeable, responsive, and truly go the extra mile, these are your people. Thank you both so much — I’m so grateful for all your hard work!

Both Ellie & Elton were so helpful running us through all new regulations and owner responsibilities! They have so many trades on hand to help which was useful as the house needed quite a bit of work and it didn't cost a fortune. For now we are very happy to leave the management of our house in the hands of Ellie & Elton and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property. Thank you for all your help along the way, it ended up being a lengthy process but we got there in the end!! Side note it was a lengthy process due to previous property issues ????????????
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
