20th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

From communication through the entire process, arranging the home report and photographs, and the negotiations with our buyer I cannot recommend them enough. My property was on the market for 7 days before we exceeded the expected offer. Highly recommend, Rob & Karen brilliant.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I would highly recommend Amazing Results and Colin Jenkins to all looking to sell in the Fife area. From the first conversation, Colin’s expertise and local knowledge helped my selling experience a lot, especially having not been based in the area myself. My property went from listed to sold in 9 days, which is a credit to Colin’s work. It is a shame i’m not in the local area as i would most certainly use Amazing Results again.

22nd May 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold my property through Wardhaugh, and found the staff to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. The sale encountered some difficulties, however Jen and Roddy were there to offer sound advice and reassurance, which ultimately resulted in a successful conclusion. The photography and marketing service was extremely good, and weekend and out of hours viewings were included in the service. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend.
12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

Our estate agent took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and made the effort to understand our needs. He explained the marketing strategy, answered all enquiries with detail and oversaw all the viewings. He really owned the process and kept us updated every step of the way! Looking back now, the journey has been nothing but an enjoyable success. Thank you

Paul Cargill and the team; Emma, Rebecca and Sarah have always provided an excellent service. They are approachable, polite and always eager to help. In addition, Paul has a wealth of knowledge in the private rental market and is happy to help with any questions whenever contacted.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Aaron supported us with the legal conveyancing of both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our forever home. We really cannot fault the service we received from Aaron and would recommend him to anyone (indeed - we already have). He kept us well informed through the process; we never had to chase him. He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. He’s a brilliant solicitor. Thank you, Aaron for all your help these past few months.

15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Extremely unprofessional experience with agent Alan Shields. We had a viewing booked for the 8th, but the agent, Alan Shields, moved it to the 13th because he was on holiday. We accepted this without any issue. On the 13th he informed us that he was travelling to Aberdeen and would contact us later that day to arrange a new viewing time. He never contacted us — we waited the entire day. Later we found out that the flat was already marked as under offer. At no point did he inform us that the property status had changed, even though he knew we were waiting for the rescheduled viewing. On the 14th, around lunchtime, I sent him a message asking for an update. He replied that he would call me “soon”, but he never called at all. We later learned that an offer was made on the 14th. This means we never even had the chance to view the property because the agent failed to keep his commitments and completely failed to communicate. He doesn’t even know how much we would have offered — because he never gave us the opportunity to view the flat or express our interest properly. I can’t believe how some adults behave like children—ignoring responsibilities, making excuses, and causing unnecessary problems. It’s frustrating to see such immaturity and lack of professionalism from someone who should know better. We rearranged our schedules twice and were genuinely interested in the property, but we were never given the opportunity to make an offer. This behaviour is unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on the agency. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

They were always professional, responsive, and happy to answer any questions we had. We’re very grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
