20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Had a great experience with Joe, who was proactive and quick to respond. The other people I dealt with on the phone were really friendly and helpful. Would use their services again.
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We decided to switch estate agents to William H. Brown in Wakefield after receiving very few viewings with our previous agent, and it turned out to be the right decision! Our very first viewing resulted in an offer, which was fantastic. Unfortunately, the sale later fell through, through no fault of the agents, but thankfully we managed to get things back on track and secure another buyer. We did eventually agree to a reduced price to help achieve a quicker sale, as by that point we were more than ready to move!
We mainly dealt with Amy and Annette, both of whom were incredibly helpful, supportive and understanding throughout the process. When our first sale fell through, I must admit I went to pieces a little (or perhaps a lot!). We were quite far along in the process, had sold most of our belongings and packed up much of the rest, so the thought of starting all over again was overwhelming. Amy and Annette were very understanding and reassuring during what was a particularly stressful time.
I did feel that I was chasing for updates occasionally, although, in fairness, this was probably more down to my own eagerness to get everything moving than anything else. Once you've mentally moved house, packed half your life into boxes and are desperate to get out of there, patience isn't exactly your strongest virtue!
Overall, we were very happy with the service and would happily recommend Amy, Annette and the team at William H. Brown in Wakefield. I'm not planning on selling again anytime soon (once was enough for my nerves!), but I will be turning to them to help us find our next property. Hopefully, they'll be just as good at helping us buy our new home as they were at helping us sell our old one! Thank you team
2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Grace at Bridgfords has helped us on our journey to getting our new home, she has been professional, supportive and friendly throughout.
Would definitely recommend Bridgfords sales and lettings to friends and family xx
11th Dec 2022 (3 years ago)The staff were brilliant couldn’t have been more helpful
5th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Thanks for all your help over the last few months on making the sale of our house a smooth process from start to finish.

I highly recommend using Martin & Co Wakefield for anyone looking to sell their house
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Blackpool Reeds Rain :
I honestly cannot praise Hayley Mackridge at Reeds Rains Blackpool highly enough. She is an absolutely wonderful lady and has been exceptional throughout the sale of my property. What has at times been a stressful and overwhelming process has been made so much easier by Hayley’s kindness, patience, professionalism and genuine care. She has gone above and beyond at every stage, most recently helping enormously to resolve an issue with a fire door, taking the initiative and doing everything possible to find a practical and affordable solution. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Hayley doesn’t simply provide excellent customer service — she genuinely cares about the people she is helping. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her support. Reeds Rains are incredibly lucky to have her. Thank you so much, Hayley — you are an absolute star!
14th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)So far everything has been very good , no problems . All members of staff have been very informative , pleasant and polite . I would recommend Haybrooks , my house is SSC after only 7 weeks .
20th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We feel they have made the process of selling our son’s property so much easier for us. They have a friendly, honest approach and have keep communication going at all times, which has been extremely helpful for us.
9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Only one viewing throughout the marketing period, we didn’t feel they pushed the property at all, we did a large reduction within the marketing time and received no feedback from the office even though it was promised, our point of contact switched half way through but nobody told us or introduced themselves, when we advised we were taking it off the market nobody made notes/acknowledged or followed it through, we had to chase when the property would be off the market and board removed and the office didn’t know what we were talking about, boards still here over 3 wks after it was removed from market.
14th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have been very happy, with how kestrel estates dealt with the sale of my Mums property. So very helpful and reassuring throughout the process. I will definitely recommend your services. Thank you for your support throughout the sale. Excellent service.
15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.
