After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

Hannah has kept me informed throughout the process and has always been available to answer any questions. Due to the nature of my purchase Hannah has needed to react fast to changing circumstances and I can't thank her enough for the fantastic service she has given. I will be recommending Hannah to anyone requiring mortgage advice. Thank you!!
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Poor service and extortionate fee for an admin check over 4 times the amount my solicitor charged for the same service.<br>When they sent their bill to my solicitor on completion it was over £1,000 higher than we had agreed!<br>They did eventually sell the house after a buyer dropped out because he couldn't get a mortgage even though Bridgfords had checked him out and said he had a mortgage.<br>Use another Agent!
20th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)They were always quick to deal with any questions I had, they had potential buyers very soon after advertising the property and had a purchaser lined up after 11 days, I’m sure no one could have done better than that in November.
11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

30th Mar 2026 (14 weeks ago)The selling process was protracted due to issues with Land Registry. Ingelbys were helpful and patient giving us lots of reassurance during those stressful times. They found us the right buyers quickly and were pleasant and informative. Would highly recommend this office with particular thanks to Bev for sticking with us.
4th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with GR Estates. First, there is no way to actually speak to them on the phone — when I called, a voice message specifically stated that you cannot call them directly and I had to leave a message instead. For an estate agency, that is ridiculous.<br><br>I was visiting Ormskirk from another part of the UK and only in the area for a few hours. While driving in the area, I spotted a property I was interested in, so I made the effort to drive to their branch in person. I was met by a saleswoman from their team, who was cold and frankly snooty. Every question I asked was met with a long-winded "no" and zero useful information.<br><br>I am a seasoned property investor, part of the largest property network in the UK and Europe, and I regularly buy houses. Through their unhelpfulness and her dismissive attitude, they have lost not just my business but business from my wider network. I will not be using GR Estates again, and based on my experience I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

Isobel dealt with my offer initially and put me in touch with Michael Pooles solicitors and mortgage advisor. I was then passed to Helen who helped me throughout my purchase. All the staff at Michael Poole, the solicitors and the mortgage adviser were very helpful and supportive through the while process. Thanks again, we love our new home!

I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents . I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents. I can say without a doubt Andrew you are indeed a life safer in my time of high difficulty regarding the eviction, organising the repairs and successfully legally rented my property out.
