Donna was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping me constantly updated and always making sure I knew what was happening. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise were invaluable in navigating the potential issues that arose along the way. Donna was genuinely ‘on it’ the whole time and went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make what could have been a very stressful process so much easier.
