After being let down by them multiple times in the past I made the big mistake of going back to them. I contacted them in November 2025 for some new TA's to be created and so Abbie agreed to do the work. However I am still waiting for this work to be done its now October 2026!<br><br>I have been chasing them for months only to be ignored (over multiple emails and dozens of phone calls, her colleagues always advise me she's not available after being put on hold, clearly ignoring me! and that she will call me back, which never happens). I will not be using Bairstow Eves Lettings ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Poor service!!

26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)Landlords - Must Read<br><br>We used this estate agent’s tenant introduction service to find tenants for two of our flats in Nightingale Quarter, Derby. They successfully found tenants for both properties, but unfortunately, our experience after that was extremely disappointing.<br><br>For one of the flats, we did not receive a statement for two months despite chasing this several times. We have also never received a statement or any money relating to our Dalton House flat. The same commission and charges were agreed for both properties.<br><br>Communication has been particularly frustrating. It is extremely difficult to get through to anyone by phone, and when we do manage to speak to someone, we are repeatedly told that someone will call us back, but the promised call does not happen.<br><br>Overall, this has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our experience has been that communication was much better while the tenancy arrangements were being completed, but once the deal was done, getting responses and resolving outstanding issues became extremely difficult.<br><br>We would strongly recommend that anyone considering using their services carefully considers the level of aftercare and communication they can expect once the tenancy has been arranged.

4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Myself and my partner enquired about a property which was a first floor apartment. We said that we had pets, and the estate agent said they will check. When we went to view, we said again that we had pets and were then told we were not allowed pets at the property. You knew this and didn’t tell us beforehand, and respectfully we will never part with them, so you completely wasted our time. We will not be looking at properties with you again.

We first met Ed when viewing a house that he was marketing, and we immediately appreciated his approach: pro-active and on the ball, but not pushy. Some time later, when we were looking to switch agents to refresh the marketing of our own property, we thought of Ed. In our case, he knew exactly how to present the house at its best and highlight the features likely to appeal to potential buyers. We were sold subject to contract within a couple of weeks, and moved not long after. Thanks Ed! We would highly recommend Argyle Property Associates to anyone looking for an estate agent in the Beeston area.
