I had valuations from a couple of agencies but Yvonne was by far the most reassuring, trustworthy and reliable. From start to finish she kept us fully updated with both our sale and property search and was always on hand to help out. Our house sold within 3 days of going on the market and even when our purchase took longer than we initially thought, Yvonne was incredibly helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell over any other agency in the region.
