22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We initially chose Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse as the most local to our property to sell in Warsop.<br>On Simons first visit we knew they would be the correct t choice, he fully explained the services and what we can expect. The sale price was discussed between us. We felt no need to approach any other agents<br>We then met with Reo and Jessica who were very professional and we were very happy for them attend all the viewings<br>Once the offer was accepted with the buyer, and the process began we were regularly kept up to date with the progress, we never had the need to chase up<br>The final transaction was very smooth and as stress free as house sales can be<br>We thank all the team, and highly recommend this Agent

Abbie who works at the Mansfield branch has been amazing, the day we got the keys she helped us move some stuff into the house and reassured us on everything from the very beginning. The staff at the estate agents are also very welcoming and are so chilled. I don’t feel under pressure and nothing is ever a problem. It has definitely made this new experience very exciting. We’re over the moon with the whole process. We applied for the rented property and within 2 weeks we had the keys. Fast and easy service?????? The landlord has also looked after us and provided us with a property that we can now call our home. We have had the most outstanding service from the very start! We can’t wait to see what our future holds, thank you so so much ????????????

17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

On the day Lewis provided a thorough and professional assessment of the property and as a result we were able to make a decision on future plans for the property.<br>Lewis is a valuable asset to the company and his skillsets are of the highest level.
