From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. 22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)We initially chose Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse as the most local to our property to sell in Warsop.<br>On Simons first visit we knew they would be the correct t choice, he fully explained the services and what we can expect. The sale price was discussed between us. We felt no need to approach any other agents<br>We then met with Reo and Jessica who were very professional and we were very happy for them attend all the viewings<br>Once the offer was accepted with the buyer, and the process began we were regularly kept up to date with the progress, we never had the need to chase up<br>The final transaction was very smooth and as stress free as house sales can be<br>We thank all the team, and highly recommend this Agent

I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.

After the Jacobs took over and prepared new advert we had 4 viewings booked in the first week with offer over the asking price after the first viewing. The whole process went so fast and smooth we went from viewing to completion in just 10weeks. Their communication and patients was exactly what we needed to keep us calm during the process.<br>If we had to sell another house we would definitely work with them again.
