7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)AWFUL, avoid at all costs. Even if there is a house you are interested in, still avoid not worth the stress one bit. Go elsewhere. I would not even give them 1 star, but I have no choice. The stress they have caused me in my personal life is a utter joke. Never receive a call back, let alone an email response, told me the incorrect information which I have in writing but still not owning up to their mistake. Beth the 'Manager' does not know how to have a professional conversation, talks to everyone like their pal which is so incredibly off putting. Again no accountability from Will Jones, again or any call backs. I even asked for this to be passed over to a Senior Manager and still never received a call back and apparently she looks after 52 branches! They must all be awful. If I ever see the name Chancellors on anything, I will never EVER go anywhere near them and will make sure everyone knows about it. Respectfully it is like a bunch of children are running this business, which is rather sad really. They need training on multiple things and to hire new staff with a proper manner and know what they are doing. Had no choice but to leave this review, as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them. 2 weeks I have been chasing this up. I have rung 5/6 times this morning first thing when they opened (so no valid reason to not answering - I even tried the sales line too) so I am adamant they are just ignoring my calls on purpose which based on my experience so far, I am probably not wrong about. AVOID!
28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I have been with Hamptons for over six years now working alongside them in a professional capacity as my management company for my property portfolio, and I cannot fault my property managers or the Lettings department on any level. Hamptons go above and beyond, they have exceeded my expectations each year we continue our working relationship. I would without hesitation most definitely recommend Hamptons to all my friends and family.

9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)We purchased our flat through Savills in Windsor and were very ably supported throughout the process by Kornelija Makareviciute- her communications throughout the process were excellent- and particularly so when we hit some problems during the legal process post offer. Whilst her client was the seller, we also felt that as purchasers she was responsive to our needs for information and she didn't hold back from nudging both set of solicitors and others in moving the process forward. Her process was very effective and we are grateful to her for that! We achieved exchange and completion within 3 months of offer which for a leasehold property seemed pretty good going!
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)My group and I were assigned to Ellis Craig for our day of house viewing where we were greatly and efficiently accommodated for by Ellis’ efficient and clear communication in terms of both location and house specific information. Would greatly recommend choosing Stirling Ackroyd, and more specifically, Mr Ellis Craig if you are in search for a new place.
6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Johnson and Jones Estate Agent were recommended to me to use for the selling of my mother’s property in Chertsey as they were well established in the area and most proficient. Tracy and the team certainly lived up to expectations all the way through the process from valuation to completion. If you’re selling a property and want peace of mind then I would certainly recommend using them.

11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Livvy Meyrick and Ed Shaw in our Purchase via Knight Frank, recently. As seems to be the consensus (in particular about Livvy) from the other reviews; she was outstanding, hardworking, communicative, quick to jump in is/as required, genuinely cared - and genuinely the best Estate Agent I've ever worked with in over 30 property transactions. She also has a very positive energy about her too - which on a 'human level' is just nice. I've no doubt that Ed and the rest of the Knight Frank team are equally as excellent - but as Livvy was our main contact - she absolutely smashed it. I've no hesitation whatsoever in using Knight Frank for other Purchases or Sales. Their service was consistently outstanding!

Excellent service, brilliant communication, clear instructions and just lovely. I had an amazing experience with this agent and I highly recommend them to anyone who is currently looking for a house in their area. 10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. 10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We recently purchased a house marketed through Newton Rowe and though it wasn’t the smoothest of transactions with our buyers disappearing mid-transaction (whilst we were on the market with a different estate agency), Sarah was incredible to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure the chain stayed in tact, kept all parties constantly informed and followed up diligently until the transaction was complete. There were times when we really didn’t think it would happen but Sarah made it happen! She really offers a personal touch and is an incredible human being. You really get the sense of pride she takes in her work and in actually bringing joy to her clients. She genuinely cares and it shows! I would never think of looking elsewhere and will always recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy or sell their property. Super grateful for everything you’ve done for us!
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!
10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)Today (12/12/25) at around 09:30 on the M4, one of your drivers driving a Mini, registration LS73 GXC, was continuously using his mobile phone while driving and hogging the middle lane. Once he finished using his phone, his driving became even more concerning. Despite the speed being reduced to 40 mph, he began driving aggressively, flashing other drivers to move faster, and also attempted to undertake other vehicles. His behaviour was reckless and extremely dangerous. Given that this vehicle is displaying full company branding, this reflects very poorly on your business. If you employ drivers like this, it may be worth reconsidering allowing them to operate company-branded vehicles, as it presents a serious risk to public safety and your company’s reputation. I truly wish I had dash cam footage, as I would have reported this incident directly to the police. I hope this matter is taken seriously.

Communication after every view was brilliant thanks to Sophie, Reece and Gary. We felt valued and that they were working for us to get the best price. I would certainly recommend Seymour’s Staines!

From the very beginning, Bradley was polite, confident, and extremely reassuring. As an exceptional Sales Manager, he stood out straight away with his professionalism, knowledge, and determination to get our home sold. Bradley gave us complete confidence in the process and worked tirelessly to make sure everything moved forward. His communication, guidance, and commitment made a huge difference, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about achieving the best result for us. Thanks to Bradley’s efforts, Duncan Yeardley quickly got things moving. Our property was eventually sold with the help of Freya, who also played an important role in progressing the sale and helping get everything over the line. Behind the scenes, Karen Stanton was fantastic as well. She did a remarkable job, especially when it came to resolving issues and correcting mistakes made by our solicitors. Overall, Duncan Yeardley did a brilliant job, but Bradley Holt truly stood out. His dedication, professionalism, and leadership as Sales Manager made the whole experience much smoother for us.
