Awful estate agents. I went to view a property with Alfie and throughout the viewing, I felt dismissed, undervalued, and as though I was not being taken seriously as a prospective purchaser. As a woman buying on my own, the interaction left me feeling particularly uncomfortable and socially subordinate. You should provide the same level of service whether someone’s buying a 1 bed flat or 6 bed mansion. All members of staff were helpful in the selling process of my property. Emilio, however, went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome, especially having to navigate and stay very professional with a difficult buyer!
