23rd May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with the Frost Staines team was very disappointing. There was little to no clear sales strategy, the original valuation proved to be very unrealistic, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As we were not living in the property, it was particularly frustrating that viewings were often not communicated to us in advance. Overall, we felt unsupported and ultimately decided to withdraw.

I went to view a property with Alfie and throughout the viewing, I felt dismissed, undervalued, and as though I was not being taken seriously as a prospective purchaser. As a woman buying on my own, the interaction left me feeling particularly uncomfortable and socially subordinate. You should provide the same level of service whether someone’s buying a 1 bed flat or 6 bed mansion. As someone local to Staines, all I’ve heard is bad things about this estate agency, so I wouldn’t believe all these great reviews!

Emilio, however, went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome, especially having to navigate and stay very professional with a difficult buyer! Unfortunately, Oasis didn’t have a property which suited my requirements, but Emilio again went above and beyond and liaise with other estate agents on my behalf to secure a property for me.

Amir for reassuring me every step of the way and the move managers for such excellent communication with bytes and solicitors. A really efficient set up hence it is the second purchase I have made with this company. Thank you!
