Clarke Gammon provided exceptional service - always professional, excellent communications and were a calming influence over a process that is traditionally fraught with nothing but stress and frustration. I feel they went above and beyond at every step to ensure we were reassured and communicated with from start to finish. At each point in the process and with any member of staff we spoke to, we got the same level of service and knew that everyone was fully briefed on our situation, meaning we could speak to anyone and they would be able to answer our questions, rather than waiting for our contact to be back. Absolutely appalling service. Catherine, who was supposed to show us around the property we had arranged to see was short and rude from the moment we met her. She refused to answer any questions we had about the property, didn’t seem at all interested in actually displaying the property to us and spoke horribly to us during the brief time we had with her.
