My experience with Bourne has been disappointing, particularly regarding after-tenancy support. Communication has been consistently slow, and it has often been difficult to get hold of my property manager by phone or receive timely updates. Essential maintenance issues reported immediately after moving into the property, including a faulty fridge/freezer and extractor fan, took weeks to progress. I cannot recommend Seymours Godalming highly enough to anyone looking to rent in the area, and would particularly like to mention how amazing Josh Frewin was in helping me find a new home.
