So much so, that we also had Gareth sell our house recently. His honesty, professionalism and commitment is on a different level. One of the best selling experiences that I've had.
16th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.

Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. I can genuinely say he is light years ahead of any other estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and exceptional at what they do, Peter is the one. 27th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)I came into contact with Yvonne originally a few years ago when she was the agent for a house I was looking at. She was very different from a lot of the estate agents we came into contact with at the time. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. Yvonne knew the answers to all of our questions. You could tell she enjoyed her job and wanted to do the best for her client. When we were ready to sell our house we got in touch with Yvonne as we knew she was the best person for us. We made the best choice! From start to finish Yvonne was the only person on the estate agent side of things. Yvonne valued the property, took photos, wrote the description and held the viewings. Having one person throughout the process meant that we always knew who to speak to. We knew that information wasn't getting lost between multiple people. Every step of the way Yvonne kept us informed and helped so much with the sales progression. Yvonne was the best part of a very stressful situation, she answered our questions at every stage and was often the voice of reason. We spoke via WhatsApp so it was very easy to get in contact with Yvonne when we needed to. No waiting for a call back or leaving messages on voicemail. I whole heartedly recommend Yvonne as an estate agent!
21st Dec 2024 (1 year ago)It is with great confidence that I can recommend Bonds to sell your property. Bonds offer a one off up front price to sell your property. This is the method I chose to use. Once my bungalow had sold, it took a paticularly long time to go through. (This was due to my buyers side of things).... Jayne was on the case all the time. Jayne truly works wonders. I believe it was her constant chasing the legal teams that eventually got my sale through to completion.. All staff are always polite, courteous and very helpful. I have always been kept informed at all times from viewings to completion. Thankyou to Jayne and your team.

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

He was endlessly polite, unbelievably patient, and answered every single one of our questions with kindness and clarity. Truly, what a gentleman! Buying a property is usually stressful, but Richard made the entire experience feel so much easier and far less daunting. His support and professionalism were outstanding from start to finish. When we next decide to move, Lowthers will be the only agents we even consider. I will be recommending them to absolutely everyone I know!

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We sold our house in Buckhurst Hill. Alter and Cope helped immensely throughout the process. They were extremely helpful with the initial valuation and we always got feedback from viewings. They were also on hand to accommodate us logistically for the viewings. After we found the buyer they were always responsive and helpful to any questions we had. A sale can be stressful but they made our lives a lot easier with constant, helpful and responsive communication. 10/10
