All the staff was always very helpful, from viewings, sales, lettings, everyone communicated very well, always helped and saved a lot of hassle. Big praise for Helen and Jade on getting property over the line and arranging new letting contracts. All agents and solicitors should look up to them as it is very rear in these days to get such a good service!<br>Thank you very much!

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Louise Mooyer has been brilliant in handling my urgent request re a repair. I reported the issue at my rented property on Sunday and on Monday, Louise arranged for the contractor to come out and complete the repair as urgent. She kept me posted throughout. Louise has shown kindness, thoughtfulness and more importantly paid attention to my request as without the repair it would be a safety issue. Thank you Louise and all the best.

We sold and purchased, little hiccups on the way but all the staff were so helpful and supportive. Other agents in the chain were most obstructive but Intercounty liaised for us which took away some of the stress. I would definitely use again.

After my tenant of 12 years gave notice, I contacted the estate agency to let them know I wanted my property marketed and re-let as soon as possible.<br><br>Within just a couple of days, Daniel had everything in motion without any hesitation. He kept me updated throughout the process and was always calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What initially felt like a daunting situation quickly turned into a positive one, and my property is now let to a lovely couple who will be moving in soon.<br><br>Daniel's calm demeanour, soft-spoken nature, excellent communication and efficiency made the whole experience stress-free. These are qualities that are becoming increasingly rare, and I truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism. Thank you, Daniel, for making what could have been a stressful process so seamless.

From the moment he found our buyer right through to when we handed over the keys, his communication was flawless. He kept us updated at every single stage—honestly, much more than our solicitor ever did! Ross is incredibly professional, personable, and empathetic, which made a huge difference during a stressful process. To top it all off, they gave us a lovely moving-in gift box packed with goodies and money-off vouchers. Thank you, Ross and the team, for going above and beyond!

Estate agents can sometimes come across as pushy or like they’re fibbing about things. Piers has been the best estate agent I’ve ever had show me around a property. He was just himself, very personable, honest when he needed to check something to confirm the answer to questions and respected the quiet time to view the house and take it all in. Just a really lovely young man who is an asset to the agency, and I understand he hasn’t been there for very long either, We’re not sure if we’ll have an offer accepted on the property we viewed but if we were looking again, I would be more inclined to view with Balgores simply because they have Piers.
1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)First time I view a property with them, I meet the rudest agent (Sofia) I've ever come across.<br><br>Second time I have a viewing with them, I turn up at the property, and no one's there, called them to find out they cancelled my appointment. No email or message left to inform me.<br><br>Needless to say, I see how unprofessional they are, I won't be viewimg any more properties by this agency not recommend them to anyone.
