However, after raising our concerns, I have to say that we felt genuinely listened to, and the situation was handled really well.<br><br>Hannah was fantastic throughout the process. She kept in regular contact, offered helpful advice and ensured we were always kept up to date.<br><br>We were delighted to sell our property in just five weeks!<br><br>Thank you, Hannah, for all your hard work, support and excellent communication. 15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Disappointing Experience and Lack of Clear Communication<br>I am very disappointed with my experience with this estate agent.<br>When I agreed to proceed with the property purchase, the sellers clearly confirmed that they would move out on the completion date. The estate agent also confirmed this, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase.<br>Based on these assurances, I paid my solicitor for the property searches. Once the search results were received, I also booked and paid for a survey, committing further time and money to the process.<br>However, at this stage, the sellers suddenly informed us that their circumstances had changed and that they could no longer confirm when they would be able to move out. This was extremely frustrating, as the original arrangement had been clearly confirmed to us.<br>I contacted the estate agent hoping they would help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, leaving us in a very difficult and uncertain position.<br>I understand that circumstances can change, but when buyers are given clear assurances and make financial commitments based on them, I believe better communication, more careful handling, and greater support are essential.<br>Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I expected a much more professional approach and better support from the estate agent throughout the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage expectations and communicate with buyers in similar situations.

Mise has recently helped us with winding up our tenant's letting and was most helpful in the advice she gave and the actions she took on our behalf. All contact was friendly and prompt. 21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.<br>From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.<br>Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.
