2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Cannot be happier with Kevin Henry! David Moss was super and valued our house perfectly, as it sold within a week despite it being over everyone else’s valuation. He was also very honest and we felt like he had our best interests at heart when discussing all our sale options. This really stood out compared to the other estate agents we’d had out. Then we dealt mostly with Katie Staggs and she was wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough - she was more helpful than my solicitor and offered to do more constantly to support us in selling the house. She also offered great advice when she could because sadly we were gazumped on a couple of others properties… this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. So so impressed and would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome. We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action. Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy. Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe! 100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Gilbert and Rose had a professional approach to valuing my property and seemed enthusiastic. We received and accepted an offer the day after the advert went live. The communication from then onwards was very poor. I had to chase for information as the memorandum of sale had not been issued more than 10 days after accepting the offer. Although the delay may not have been a direct fault of Gilbert and Rose, I had to chase daily for progress and as I am writing to this I have not received an update on progress and I am going to need to chase again.

It is our first rental in UK and totally new to the formalities, Stephen made this process very easy and comfortable for us. Stephen is easy to connect, replied every query efficiently and still replying to all the emails without delay. Thank you for this pleasant experience.

Ben supported us at the viewing stage and followed up afterwards, making everything feel well organised and straightforward. Once the sale was agreed, Sarah handled most of the after-sales process and was excellent at keeping communication clear between ourselves and the buyers and ensuring everything kept moving smoothly. Fiona was also a great help towards the end of the process and made sure everything was wrapped up efficiently. The bouquet of flowers on completion day was a very thoughtful and kind touch. We would describe Ensum Brown as: Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely customer-focused. We would happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.
24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)We sold two homes through Oakheart to move into a property together. We decided to go with them after viewing a property, as they were professional and answered all the questions we had as well as listening to why that house wasn't right for us (and actually turned up unlike other estate agents we had booked viewings with lol). Marcus was great with coming to see us to value the properties and managed to get us viewings before they were even on Rightmove. Both sold in less than 9 days, which was crazy! Throughout the early stages of the selling process, he was great at staying in touch with us as was the office to confirm suitable times for viewings. Once the sales were being progressed, Amy and Indie were also awesome. Amy was fast to respond to queries and kept us updated and was fab at pushing for completion, as well as being reassuring and proactive to prevent the chain from collapsing. Despite it being a complex split chain with some issues arising from my buyers having a few problems with things like surveys being requested last minute by their lenders, and poor communication from the estate agents we are buying from, they did a brill job at managing everything to meet our completion date.
