I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service
24th Feb 2026 (24 days ago)I made a mistake of using Belhus for my property in the UK when I moved to the US. I'm 4 months in, still don't know when I'm supposed to be paid each month (there was some work I had to pay out for the first couple of months, so they cancelled out the rent). I emailed 6 weeks ago to confirm the date and amount, chased 2 times too and still haven't managed to get a response. I wish I had sold the property, because dealing with Pauline on the sale side was great - she was very, very helpful and responsive. Hopefully, i'll be back to update/delete this review in a few months time - but as of now, i'm not impressed.

2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)
