7th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Steer clear of this company if you actually want your accounts done properly. They messed up my payslips and failed to do VAT returns properly - communication is also poor and they have no online accounting service (like QuickBooks) for you to view your accounts or any of the book-keeping. Half of the time they do not know what they are doing and I found myself having to chase them up for any and everything!

Selling a family home is never easy, especially when it holds so many memories, but Chris supported us with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout the entire journey. He was always there to answer our questions, keep us updated, and reassure us whenever we needed it. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he truly went above and beyond to make a difficult and emotional process so much easier. Chris is not only an outstanding estate agent but a genuinely caring person who puts his clients first. We feel incredibly lucky to have had him by our side and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property. 7th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I am so impressed with the service from Epps Estates. It has been a while since I have been blown away by an estate agents dedication and professionalism. We could only view on Sundays which they were happy to accommodate two weekends running and they genuinely care about our property search. I have been trying to view with number of other estate agents whilst trying to find my next home and have to say the experience with most of them has been frustrating to say the least. Epps Estates have been amazing and Jimi from the sales team is definitely someone I would recommend to anyone searching for a new property.
