29th May 2020 (5 years ago)Paul’s expertise in the commercial property field was instrumental in helping me to obtain a change of use, and planning permission for my Grade 2 Listed building. He used his wealth of experience to prepare a report to submit to the planners to find “the optimum viable use” of my building. That is not as simple as it sounds, as the building being Listed has many restrictions. However, Paul using his local knowledge and experience prepared a list of possible options. The Planning Committee valued his report, and permission was granted. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services unreservedly.
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.
29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older (i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS. they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

19th May 2020 (5 years ago)Amelia Sheldon from Carver Knowles recently advised me on obtaining residential planning on my agricultural barn which was dealt with professionally and quickly. Planning consent was applied for and approved and cannot fault the way in which it was dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you.
6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
