Having recently sold my property through Sanders & Sanders in Alcester, I wanted to say a genuine thank you to Warren, Steph, Amelia and the rest of the team.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale turned into quite a lengthy and complicated process, with various legal and leasehold issues to navigate. Throughout it all, the team remained approachable, helpful and committed to getting things over the line.<br><br>What I particularly appreciated was the personal approach. Warren is refreshingly down-to-earth, straightforward to deal with and always happy to exchange a bit of humour, even when things were getting frustrating. The whole team were patient, responsive and helpful in navigating the inevitable complications along the way.<br><br>It's nice dealing with an independent local business where you feel you're speaking to actual people rather than just being another transaction.<br><br>We got there in the end! Thanks again to everyone at Sanders & Sanders. I'd happily recommend them.

I instructed Sanders & Sanders as our vendor chose them (and I thought it may help the chain), and what a fantastic choice they made. As I work in conveyancing I’ve seen a host of local agents, none of whom have been as responsive and proactive as these guys. Shoutout out to Steph/Amelia/Jessie, and Warren Sanders himself. Best in the business for Alcester/bidford/stratford if you ask me. Find another estate agent that replies the same day, let alone within the hour.

My wife and I live in Dubai and used Sanders and Sanders to manage the letting of our property. They were always very professional and provided a faultless service. Suitable Tenants were found quickly and all paperwork was handled efficiently. They organized and managed any repairs and maintenance for us which was important to us since we were not in a position to do this ourselves. When we decided to sell the property, they very quickly prepared a classy brochure and managed the whole process. Offers were received within the first 10 days of being put on the market. Dealt With Lily Hands.<br>Wasn't Professional Showing My Partner Round A Property In Alcester Just Stood By The Front Door.<br>She Was Very Very Misleading In The Way She Handled Our Viewing And Our Application. Lily Told My Partner That No One Else Would View The Property Only To Learn That 9 People Viewed On The Monday And Had Lots Of Applications.<br>My Partner Took Our Paperwork On The Wednesday And On The Thursday I Had An Email At 10.12am Saying The Landlord Made His Decision.<br>Im Guessing The Landlord Hasn't Even Seen Our Application. £48,000 Annual Income. Who Else Could Match That.<br>Very Very Unprofessional Estate Agent.

Listing properties for extortionate amounts marks them out as cowboys in my opinion. Recently listed a tiny extension off a property in Alcester as a 2 bed bungalow for almost 100k over fair market value (225k) when it was barely more than a studio flat with a 2nd box room.

It’s been a really long process for us with lots of bumps along the way related to a the market crash!<br>But the Sanders team gave us loads of support and help, especially when dealing with other estate agents we were having to deal with in a new area!<br><br>Sanders were always reassuring and sadly had to put up with a lot of very aggressive behaviour and calls from some nasty estate agents in Cornwall (Lillicrap and Chilcott if anyone is wondering who NOT to use).<br><br>Overall, the team deal with a lots of frustrated parties and useless solicitors and still managed to stay calm and helpful to their clients! So thanks so much to the whole team for your help in selling our house ????????????????????????

Sales prevention office, popped in Thursday and asked to view 1 bed popery 5 minutes from the office before Sunday. They advised my partner and I They were busy but would call back with a viewing time on Friday. It's now Tuesday, and we've heard nothing. We made the advisor aware we are cash buyers with no chain. Lazy, how can you not have time to show a 1 bed property on 5 minutes for your shop door.<br><br>Ridiculous, they are charging the vendor for a service but delivering nothing. Most certainly a lost sale by them.<br><br>You will see their response that we wanted to view the same day. That's not true. We came in around 3 pm and were due to meet someone elsewhere shortly afterwards. Obviously unable to listen and make clear, precise notes. We made it very clear that we returned to London on Sunday and were available to view until then.

Poor estate agents in my opinion.<br>Respond only when they want something.<br>Ignore when you give notice and add stress to your day to day life for months.<br>Make sure you do things via written communication as I found what was said on the phone was different to written communication.<br>Felt pushed around alot and refused to do my checkout with me and chose a time they knew I wouldn't be able to.<br>Rely heavily on an "Inventory" that doesn't match very well to the property in my case had to add lots of amendments, there wasn't even a co2 sensor when moved in which was apparently on the inventory as an example, I reported several issues with the property e.g. the co2, lights not working and other piece's, very few were rectified and I had to fix things on my own to stop being charged at checkout, which seemed to be what was going to happen in my opinion.<br><br>All in all, they're lovely people until you want to leave in my opinion, that's when things got complicated and communication broke down.<br><br>Update: stated " Please speak to somebody, you are obviously a good person but you need to share how you feel with somebody." take that as you will but in my opinion that is not professional conduct.
