I can call at anytime and they will resolve any queries or issues I have immediately. They know the background of all my properties which helps with any dealings. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team there is amazing, which is a testament to Meg, the Lettings manager. Thank you, Meg, Holly and Freya.

They have maintained excellent communication from the start to the end of the process and have been very clear with what they need from us and when. They have understood our brief very well and have found tenants for us during a tricky quiet time of year. They made it really easy for us to get the place in the first place, and whenever there’s been a small issue with the house, they always send someone out pretty quickly to get it fixed. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for a rental.

The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and every single person on the team we interacted with were highly responsive, approachable and professional. Their concept to selling houses is transparent, the app they use to track the sale and purchase of properties was intuitive and the team made the whole experience hassle free and straight forward. Have already recommended them to friends and would not hesitate to use Bayzos again. I wish the team all the success for the future.

Their team was unprepared during house viewings, failed to highlight any of the property’s strengths, and gave no feedback at all. Communication was poor and the whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable estate agent.
