She assisted with recommendations for portraying our house at its best and we secured a buyer within three weeks . There were communication difficulties within the chain but Rachel’s dogged persistence ensured that the sale completed. I would definitely use Bradleys again and think they provide a superior service.

14th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. Thank you very much.

Although we faced some financial challenges along the way, Henrietta consistently delivered excellent support and maintained meticulous records. When the time came to sell in June 2025, her attention to detail and compliance with UK property management standards made the entire process significantly smoother. I’ll admit I used to question the fees—particularly for handling the property tax returns—but in hindsight, it was money well spent. I highly recommend their services, especially if you’re based overseas and need a reliable property manager. Even if it feels costly at first, trust me: when it comes time to sell, you’ll be grateful for the structure, documentation, and peace of mind they provide. Trying to manage it all yourself just to save a small amount isn’t worth the stress.
