We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. GTH have managed to sell our property, albeit after 28 weeks but to be fair, at a very difficult time and in a stagnant sellers market. Terrible details and photographs, a child could do better. Office never open. Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer. Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling. Not sure how she is still trading!... Read more
