22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We had a great experience with Charlie from harbour he let us know what was happening throughout the process very helpful in every way sold our property very quickly and got over the asking price also the girl in the office was lovely and so helpfull as we are older and haven't delt with selling for many years they were so helpfull couldn't get any better treatment or service.

From the initial call with Robyn (so kind and sensitive to the situation), to the valuation with Mark and the ongoing support from Lesley, everyone was amazing. You made a tough time so much easier - can't thank you enough.

From start to finish, Karen was nothing short of exceptional—professional, dedicated, and consistently positive, even during the most challenging moments of the process. What truly sets Karen apart is her unwavering support and problem-solving mindset. Every obstacle we faced, she approached with determination and calm confidence, always finding a way forward. She kept me informed at every stage, reassured me when things became stressful, and went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Her commitment and persistence made a real difference, and I genuinely felt I had someone in my corner throughout the entire journey. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Siobhan Cox, the Bearsden office director, for her professionalism and leadership. 12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I recently sold my flat with R&G estate agents.<br>Victoria(sales) sold my flat to a second viewer within 2 weeks. I was really pleased with her professionalism and help she gave me.<br>I've been letting the flat out with R&G over the past 20 years and have found the staff (Linda and Carolyn)professional and helpful during that time.<br>I must also mention Niamh and Maria for their help with legal matters.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I own a small flat which is let, and Diane has managed this for a number of years (since before Robinson Moore and CODA merged). If ever there's a problem, she's quick to get in touch to let me know. In some cases a contractor requires to attend and Diane arranges this and any follow up on my behalf. She also keeps on top of the legislation surrounding lets and makes sure the various certifications required are up to date. Obviously there's a cost associated with this level of management, but I live at some distance from the property and knowing that she's there gives me good peace of mind.

She went above and beyond for us, really fought our corner to help us get the house we wanted, and took the time to show us around and make sure we were happy and comfortable with everything.<br><br>Sophie was also brilliant and always on hand whenever we had a question or needed to make a call. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and having someone so helpful and approachable made the whole process feel so much easier.<br><br>Buying a home can be stressful, but the team at Wrights of Campsie made the experience as smooth and positive as possible. Abby was very knowledgeable of houses in the area and was so pleasant and helpful all through the process. If I needed anything anyone of the girls were only a phone call away. They took so much stress away from us arranging viewings and making sure they kept us updated every day. Thank you so much girls.
