24th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)I dealt with Angela and she went out of her way to assist me regarding a property I was interested in. She was both friendly and professional and offered good communication throughout our dealings. So I can not speak for the rest of Proffitt and Holt as an agency, as I only really dealt with her and she was a very good representive and ambassador of them.
19th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They provide a lot of foot fall, and viewings but never able to close the deal. They also have a lot of clients that don't show up. They don't check up to see how things are going, only when there are viewings. There is no central knowledge on the fittings and fitments of the house so different agents gave different insights to the property, often missing things.

We particularly wanted to mention Isobel Clarke who has kept in touch regularly with updates and new properties on to the market, she has always been professional, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to speak with and goes beyond to make you feel valued. We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. We would highly recommend Isobel and all the team. Thank you.
9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Unfortunately we weren’t successful in selling the property but the team were punctual, friendly and reliable. We did come close to making a sale and the team were great in terms of updates and how the process was managed. The only improvement for me was that I never saw our flat promoted as a premium placement on Rightmove/Zoopla, and I would have liked to have receive the monthly performance reports (I work with data so this may be a me-preference rather than what most people want. I requested it once but it was never proactively offered)

It turned out to be an excellent decision.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Mark and the team were fantastic. Professional, proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. Our sale certainly wasn't without its challenges, but Mark worked tirelessly to keep things moving, regularly going above and beyond to resolve issues and keep everyone informed.<br><br>What really stood out was the level of communication and genuine commitment to getting the sale over the line. We always felt that Mark had our best interests at heart, and his support made a real difference during what could have been a very stressful process.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mark and the whole team at Aubrey & Finn. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

We are now using a local mainstream agent and getting a much stronger response and positive leads.

The team , led by Paul, were professional, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping us informed at every stage and making what can be a stressful experience feel much easier.<br><br>Their communication was excellent, and they were always on hand to answer any questions and offer advice. We really appreciated their hard work, dedication and attention to detail in helping us both sell and buy a property.<br><br>We would highly recommend Rolstons to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Not only did we sell through Spenser residential but we bought through them too!<br><br>Selling:: Jamie went above and beyond regarding viewings, times that suited both the buyers and us, He really took his time getting the right photos and researching our area, he was informative, honest and was always reachable directly when you needed him as opposed to getting passed from pillar to post with an agent!<br>He kept us informed the whole way through our sale (and it was a long one) he remained positive, patient and invested , he even kept on top of the legal side to help us get our sale over the line!<br><br>Buying:: After our onward property falling through very close to exchange via another agent we had a chain of buyers and no house to go to…..we were at the point of giving up when Jamie and Brooke went out and leaflet dropped at a number of houses we liked in area in the hope they could repair the chain for us all , and that they did!! ??????<br>We found our dream home from a very lovely family Brooke put us in touch with , and the last bit ran ever so smoothly, thanks to the updates and communication from Spensers!<br><br>I can’t thank them enough,<br>And I can’t recommend them highly enough either!<br><br>They really do care!
