Rachael and her team at Westcoast managed both our sale and purchase. Our initial transactions were incredibly fast and well managed, selling and buying within six days of going on the market! The chain was pretty short but ended up being frustratingly delayed by the solicitors. Without the assistance and persistence of the team it would probably still be dragging on now! Communication was excellent and we were always kept informed of any progress. The team were really flexible and accomodating, in facilitating our excitement and providing multiple opportunities to revisit our purchased property prior to completion.
