We recently completed the purchase of our property, and I’d like to give a special thank you to Matthew for all of his help throughout the process. From our initial viewing through to completion, Matthew was always approachable, professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. Buying a property can be stressful, but he kept us updated and was always willing to help where he could. We did encounter an issue with the agreed fixtures and fittings just before completion due to an administrative error. Although it was understandably frustrating, Matthew was honest about what had happened, spoke directly with the seller, and worked hard to find a fair resolution. His communication and willingness to help meant we were able to reach an agreement without delaying completion. Terrible experience as a tenant in a managed property. There was a leak in the flat that was damaging the neighbour below's ceiling. Contacted Northwood who said they had arranged a contractor for the next day who didn't turn up. Neighbour's ceiling near-collapsed forcing me to pay over £1000 in emergency bank holiday fees for a plumber to visit. That was 3 months ago and they refuse to even reply to my emails requesting for just information as to what is to happen next.... Read more
