Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".... Read more

Wood & Pilcher were great during our sale this past summer. They provided us with advice to prepare our house before we were signed up with them and then 3 months later when we were ready to go to market they got us out there quickly and got us a buyer inside a week. When that fell through, we went back to market and got a better offer the following week. Communication was excellent and either Amanda or Steve was avaliable whenever we needed them. Our estate agent Emma was fantastic every step of the way, from viewing to completion she was in regular contact, chased up documents and solicitors and managed to get our sale completed in record time.
