Very happy with the service received from Joel. Nothing was too much for him from taking weekend calls and calls when he was out of the country to helping out being a middleman with the solicitors to ensure my completion date was one we had originally discussed. Pressure was put on Joel by other companies and this guy handled it with no issues whatsoever. I would recommend Joel to anyone as he doesn't treat you as a sale but more of a friend who is still there to help even after the sale went through.

I have worked with Joel before, so knew what to expect. From the initial viewing to completion, Joel has been amazing.
Within 24 hours of the house been on the market, we had 7 viewings booked.
There was some slow progress throughout the sale and Joel went over and above to constantly chase solicitors, financial advisors and buyers to ensure the sale was as smooth as possible for me and my partner.
At some points, I would have lost the plot if it wasn’t for Joel. So a big thank you for your dedication, hard work and support throughout, even when abroad!

If you are looking to sell your home, or buy one, then I highly recommend entrusting Joel with this very important journey. We sold two houses and bought a house with Joel representing us and he went the extra mile every step of the way. It was a complex chain to manage and he didn’t let us down, in fact Joel took all of the worry from us even working whilst on holiday! I called Earnshaws to see if I could arrange a viewing on a property we had seen. We were in the area at the time. Joel answered our call and explained he was at another property out of the area. However, he said he could meet us there within the hour. We were happy to wait. He arrived and on time and was very polite and professional. He gave us a guided tour of the property and gave us lots of useful information. He asked if he could help with anything further and said he would follow up the next day. Which he has done today. We decided the property wasn’t for us but thanked him for his assistance and said we would have no hesitation in recommending him based on our very pleasant experience.

Nothing but praise after Joel helped us to sell our 5 bedroom property and did a brilliant job.
The process for us was a difficult one due to multiple issues further down the chain, and a very complicated onward purchase. Joel helped us navigate what ultimately turned out to be a very challenging process with many 3rd party issues encountered along the way.
In the end we achieved over asking price for our property and Joel worked really hard for us, without his help and expertise I doubt we would have achieved completion.

We appointed Joel as our Estate agent following meetings with 5 other prospective representatives. We loved Joel s energy and drive from the outset. His approach was thorough and modern, with a laptop presentation, which ad been careful researched, and cleverly presented to incorporate the finer selling points of our property, and location is Shepley village. Although Joel advised, he also listened , and compromised on the marketing strategy and sale price of our 5 bedded semi detached home. Joel utilised modern technology such as drones, ( aerial visual images ) but, the major factors for us, and our recommendations were that he was contactable 24/7 on a mobile, very personalised, always got back to you promptly, with good rational advice. Joel always followed up every action, he would conduct viewings at whatever times suited both buyer and seller, was always polite, professional, and immaculately presented. Joel went the extra mile for us in every way possible, advising us and arranging our Surveyors and Solicitors, who he worked alongside diligently, and steered us through the whole process from start to finish, managing our stress along the journey.
