6th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

My first contact was with their sales valuer Mike, I found him to be very polite and professional, and was even respectful and considerate enough to take his shoes off when visiting the property (yes, sometimes it really is the little things that help to make a difference!) It took a little longer than we hoped to sell the property although this was in no way due to any fault of Spencers, it was just the speed of properties in general selling in our particular area and my reluctance to lower the asking price! We sold the property for a fair price which was very close to the asking price. I can 100% recommend using Spencers in Wigston and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The whole process went very smoothly with excellent communication throughout the entire process.
