10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

They were incredibly responsive, kept us updated throughout and went above and beyond even after completion to ensure a smooth transition for us and our buyers. Also a mention for Mandy who was our contact when preparing our house for sale. The sale became a very lengthy affair but Denise was always trying to move things on with solicitors especially, which at times was less than easy! We were always kept uinformed. They were very mindful of the fact that we were moving an 86 year old who had never been through the experience and the process was explained thoroughly.<br>We would highly recommend.
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I can’t say anything other than they are a WONDERFUL team who have almost become like friends over a 6 month, very tricky sale of our house. They were so pleasant, communicated well and went out of their way to make sure our sale through. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I want to thank Shanya who even went out to a viewing one evening when we were away. She is so smiley, friendly, and incredibly efficient! Jo the manager again has such a warm personality and was always reassuring when things got unsettled with our vendors. Steff was great too and although came in later on in our sale, was always “on the case”. Can’t forget Mike either who valued our property in the beginning and was very good at explaining the whole selling procedure to us. They are a wonderful team and I would recommend Spencer’s to anyone selling a house in this area.

We always felt well informed and supported from our first viewing through to receiving the keys.<br><br>We’re absolutely delighted with our new home and would highly recommend Jessica and the team at King West to anyone buying or selling a property.

Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
