10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

My children have grown, I’ve grown, and life has changed. With our family’s needs getting bigger, it was time to find a new home that would suit this next chapter of our lives.<br><br>We found that home through Nest, and then came the decision to put our own property on the market. Belle and Sara were fantastic from the start. They were professional, supportive, and made sure the photographs showcased all the hard work and love I had put into my home. The property was on the market and sold within a week!<br><br>This then created a chain of six properties. At this point, Nest had delivered everything we had initially agreed, and the legal process began.<br><br>Now, if you love efficiency, getting things done, and knowing where you stand, the legal side of moving house will certainly test your patience! ?????? It’s a long, drawn-out process, and “just hold tight” is much easier said than done.<br><br>My tip for first-time buyers? Keep chasing your solicitor! Regular check-ins are essential, as the process can take up to 16 weeks, sometimes longer. I was sitting at six months with my mortgage offer nearing its expiry, and we were still trying to get everything over the line.<br><br>This is where Nest really went above and beyond. The team didn’t just sit back and wait for things to happen. They were dedicated, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping us get our chain completed. Communication was key, and they had the ability to pick up the phone, speak directly to the people involved, and push for progress when things had stalled.<br><br>The legal process can be frustrating, especially when you feel that time is running out. My biggest lesson is to stay involved, keep asking questions, and don’t be afraid to challenge your solicitor when you need answers.<br><br>I cannot thank Sara, Debbie, Kerry, and the whole Nest team enough. We have finally EXCHANGED! ????????????<br><br>While I was in Egypt, anxiously waiting for news and worrying about my mortgage offer, Sara personally called me with the good news. That personal touch meant so much. The team were incredibly accommodating, listened to our concerns, supported us throughout, and helped us through what has been a very stressful journey.<br><br>Buying and selling a home is about so much more than bricks and mortar. It’s about your family, your future, and the memories you’re about to create. When things get difficult, having a team who genuinely cares and stands beside you makes all the difference.<br><br>Thank you, Nest, for helping us get one step closer to our new home and the next chapter for our family. We are so grateful for everything you have done and for being there when we needed you most.

3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)I can’t say anything other than they are a WONDERFUL team who have almost become like friends over a 6 month, very tricky sale of our house. They were so pleasant, communicated well and went out of their way to make sure our sale through. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I want to thank Shanya who even went out to a viewing one evening when we were away. She is so smiley, friendly, and incredibly efficient! Jo the manager again has such a warm personality and was always reassuring when things got unsettled with our vendors. Steff was great too and although came in later on in our sale, was always “on the case”. Can’t forget Mike either who valued our property in the beginning and was very good at explaining the whole selling procedure to us. They are a wonderful team and I would recommend Spencer’s to anyone selling a house in this area.

1st Sep 2025 (1 year ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)One of if not the best Estate Agent we’ve ever dealt with. Ivor was superb throughout the process, supportive, communicative and very thorough. We never once had to chase for updates which is rare in our experience of dealing with Agents. He would often go out of his way to obtain updates from all parties in the chain, pre-empting the next step and ensuring everyone was doing all they could to expedite things. If only all estate agents were as proactive and committed, the sale and purchase process would be far less stressful! We can’t thank him enough for all his support and would whole heartedly recommend him and his firm to anyone in need of such services.

Being new to the area, I also queried different areas of the county in terms of transport links and safety. The staff member went out her way to provide me with clear, accurate and detailed information which proved to be enormously helpful. Her knowledge of the city and kindness stuck in mind. It really benefits to use a local agent with professional staff who are also local to the area.- 26th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Sue Green and the team at Adams & Jones highly enough. After three months on the market with another agent and no progress, I was starting to feel really disheartened. Sue came in like a whirlwind and had it done and dusted within a few weeks. From the very first meeting she gave me complete confidence that she’d get the job done and she absolutely did. She’s incredibly professional, her advice was spot on at every stage, and she simply knows how to sell. No fuss, no false promises, just results. The whole team was first class. From start to finish the team were focused renting the property out as soon as possible and took high quality photos, advertising the property the next day and arranging visits within the same week. Both Dipul and Owen have been my first point of contact and its via WhatsApp as well as email which makes the service they provide so personal and the response times regardless of the time of the day or weekend have been within a few minutes. High quality services and support is first class. I would definitely recommend if you are busy working or just need someone to handle the stress for your rentals or even if you are selling they make it easier for you.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Must say, everything was as they said and we were very happy with the photos and service. The group whatsapp was easy for keeping in touch and we liked the fact they handled the viewings for us.
