23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)I’ve viewed hundreds of properties over the years – from London to Liverpool, Manchester, Cambridge, and Spalding– and met countless estate agents, but this agency has been by far the most friendly and memorable I’ve come across. The very first time I viewed a few properties with them, the agent was wonderfully welcoming – a real breath of fresh air. This was my second time in Spalding viewing properties, and this time round it was Max who showed me the properties over the last two days. Working with him has been equally exceptional. He showed me three properties yesterday and was very kind to arrange a second viewing for one of them today because I had to return to London. Throughout it all, he remained completely patient, and approachable. What impressed me most was his genuine kindness and respect. Unlike many in the industry who can be transactional, judgmental, and impatient – sometimes even making you feel looked down upon depending on your budget – Max treated every property and question with equal care and professionalism. True humility, kindness, and respect have nothing to do with age or how many decades someone has been in the job. Regardless of experience or seniority, many across the industry have a lot to learn from Max about staying grounded and treating every client with genuine respect. If I were selling a property, I would go with this agency without hesitation. Max and his colleagues make people feel truly comfortable and valued, which makes all the difference. Max is a wonderful professional with an exceptional work ethic, and with this attitude, he is going to do brilliantly in whatever he chooses to do. Highly recommended!

This is the sixth time I’ve used them to let one of my properties, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are always friendly, professional and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Thank you all once again for your excellent service! Highly recommended.<br><br>Gemma and team have provided a briliiant service. They were able to turn our property around in 2 weeks. Great communication and attention to detail with absolutely no fuss. They truly have made our experience of letting our first property a joy. 23rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
28th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I'd just like to share my experience with this company. I rented a beautiful cottage through Hix at a very fair price. It was a dream come true for me. I was there for roughly 6 years. Hix were the nicest most accessible and responsive company to work with. It helped them that I took good care of the cottage and in return they treated me with the greatest respect and actioned any jobs quickly. The only reason I left my lovely cottage was because I met a lovely lady and we set up home together and we're still there. If I had to rent again, Hix would be my first port of call. Thanks ladies!

They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent. Fees are good, everything is made to make the experience a sheer pleasure for you. Today we have looked at our advert on Rightmove and have to say the photos and advert are just 'PERFECT' We would highly recommend William H Brown as a top Estate agent to go with if you want to sell your property. Well done to the staff and William H Brown and a big thankyou.
