A wonderfull experience dealing with Tyler at Ark. Always on time. Infact there before us!! No pressure. First property he showed us round, we felt 100% confident with him and his knowledge. He was attentive with our requirements and took on board our conversations. Thanks to Tyler he introduced us to our dream Bungalow. We have signed Contracts. The whole process took less than four months. Communication was very good and we had a few laughs along the way. He treated us like friends rather than would be buyers. Such a likable young man!! They were polite, friendly, big smiles and all very good at their jobs. I have sold 30 houses in the past and I have to say so far we are highly impressed with the staff and the Estate Agent.
